Shia intellectual Prof Sibt-e-Jafar assassinates in Karachi
Armed militants of outlawed Sipah-e-Sahaba on Monday assassinated the Shia Intellectual Professor Sibt-e-Jaffar in Liaquatabad Karachi.
Professor Sibt-e-Jaffar, the principal of Liaquatabad degree college Karachi, was killed by the militants of Sipah-e-Sahaba near Liaquatabad Sindhi hotel. He embraced martyrdom on the spot.
Professor Sibt-e-Jaffar was renowned as "Ustad Sibta-e-Jaffar" among the Shia Community because of his unmatched services in Education, elegizing and poetry on Imam Hussain (as).
Sources said college principal Sibt-e-Jaffar was on his way from the college to his home on motorcycle, when unidentified armed men intercepted him in Liaquatabad area and opened fire, killing him on the spot.
Shia lawyer Zaheer Abbas gunned down in Peshawar
Armed militants of outlawed Sipah-e-Sahaba on Monday shot martyred a senior Shia Lawyer in Peshawar northwest province of Pakistan.
Peshawar based Senior Shia Lawyer Syed Zaheer Abbas Naqvi was gunned down by the armed militants of Sipah-e-Sahaba en-route of Peshawar session court. He was shifted to local hospital in critical position where he embraced martyrdom.
His body was shifted to his native areas for funeral prayer. Martyr Zaheer Abbas was advocating the several cases of Shia’s prisoners of D.I.Khan, Bhakkar and Peshawar.
It’s pertaining to mention here that number of Shia doctors and lawyers were gunned down by the armed militants of Sipah-e-Sahaba and Taliban in Peshawar from last two months.
